Fill a plastic bag (making sure it doesn't have holes in it) with a mixture of one-part white vinegar and three-parts water.

Tie the plastic bag around the shower head to immerse it in the mixture and leave for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the plastic bag.

Wipe the head clean and run the shower to get rid of any excess.
How To Clean Adjustable Shower Heads

Create a mixture that is one-part white vinegar and three-parts water. This should be enough to immerse the shower head in.

Take the head off the shower hose by twisting.

Let the head soak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
