What happens if I change my router or Internet Service Provider?

If you have changed your router or ISP, you will need to delete your shower through the app. Please note that any recorded usage data will be lost when you do this. 

Click ‘+’ from your App home screen to add new shower and follow on screen instructions to onboard to your new network.
