After I start my shower, it stops running after around 30 seconds and I have to press the on/off dial again. Why does this happen?

This is expected behaviour if Prewarm is turned on for that shower within the Aqualisa App.

 

When Prewarm is enabled, the shower starts and warms the water to your set temperature, then automatically pauses the flow once that temperature is reached. This prevents water being wasted while no one is in the shower, particularly useful if your home uses a hot water storage cylinder.

 

When you’re ready to shower, simply step in and press the on/off dial once to start the water flowing again.

 

Prewarm can be turned on or off for each individual shower within the app. To check or change this setting, select the shower, tap the settings cog, then go to Power & Sleep Settings and toggle Prewarm Shower.
