I'm having issues pairing my iPhone to my shower, what should I do? (Quartz Touch, Elisa Intuition, Optic Q, Quartz Classic, Smart Link, Elisa Incite, Unity Q, Hugo, Quartz Blue, Smart Glo, Visage, Zorin)

  1. Turn off the power to the SmartValve
  2. Force close the Aqualisa App
  3. Open your iPhone's settings menu
  4. Search for the Aqualisa app, within your iPhone's settings menu
  5. Ensure "Local Network" is turned on ("toggled green")
  6. Ensure "Mobile Data" is turned on ("toggled green")
  7. Turn on the power to the SmartValve
  8. Open the Aqualisa App, and reattempt onboarding
  9. Please ensure your Wi-Fi password is entered correctly
