WHAT IS THE INSTALLER CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAMME?
Simply put, the Aqualisa Installer Club is our NEW loyalty programme which rewards you for fitting Aqualisa products. Open to Independent Plumbers, Showroom Installers or any qualified individual fitting our showers, you earn Aquadrop points on qualifying installations that you are doing in your day to day lives. Accrue these throughout the year to spend on Aqualisa showers and/or spares, or on a range of lifestyle perks that matter to you.
WHO CAN JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
Aqualisa Installer Club is open to any individual in UK or Ireland age 18 years or older who holds a Level 2 City Guild Plumbing qualification.
Part of a company? All applications to the club must be made on behalf of an individual, so you can only claim points on installations that you have personally completed.
HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAMME?
Joining the club couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is create an account with the Aqualisa Installer Club to get started. As soon as you’ve joined you can start earning points from any Aqualisa shower purchases made from your registration date. If you were a member of our previous Installer Club you will need to re-register as, due to data restrictions, we are unable to carry over any personal data.
WHAT AM I AGREEING TO BY JOINING THE PROGRAMME?
By joining the programme, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the AQUALISA TERMS and by any changes or modifications we may make to those programme terms and conditions. You also agree to receive programme-related emails from us and our partners.

HOW WILL YOU USE THE INFORMATION I PROVIDE THROUGH THE PROGRAMME?
Aquadrop points can be earned on any qualifying product purchased on the day of registering with Aqualisa Installer Club or beyond. Whilst we can’t backdate any purchases for you, you will have 3 months from purchase date to claim your points. These Aquadrop points will be validated within 28 days of submission and we will be in contact if there are any problems with your claim so make sure that you provide us with a preferred contact method during sign-up!
Aquadrops are the name of our points! Log in to your account to see your Aquadrop points balance.
HOW DO THE CLUB TIERS WORK?
The Installer Club has three membership tiers – Bronze, Silver and Gold. When you sign up to Aqualisa Installer Club, you will be automatically placed at Bronze level. In order to move up the membership levels, all you need to do is fit 6 showers/year for Silver and 11+ showers/years for Gold level. As you can imagine, the rewards get better when you fit more – you can find out more details about the rewards available at each tier in these FAQs.
Each Tier has its own Points earning rate and Rewards* available while in that Tier:
Bronze – 0-5 showers fitted/year
- 2000 Aquadrop points for registration

You can earn Aquadrops by logging in to your account and logging qualifying purchases/installations or taking qualifying actions. We may also, at our sole discretion, provide additional points in connection with certain transactions and promotions.
Some actions may require additional disclosures by you in order to qualify. Birthday points are earned only if you provide your birthday information at least 1 month prior to your birthday date.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR EACH PROGRAMME TIER?
All you need to do to move up our membership tiers is fit the required amount of qualifying Aqualisa showers per year.
To move to Silver, you need to fit 6-10 showers/year and you’ll move to Gold after fitting 11+ showers in a year. Your ‘fitting year’ is a rolling 365 day period after registration date.
Your total number of installations will reset at the beginning of each year, but your membership level will carry over if you have completed the minimum amount of installations for the previous year.
And what if I don’t complete the amount of installations for my membership tier in a year? You will drop back a membership level, so make sure you register every Aqualisa purchase with us and claim your points!
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR PLATINUM LEVEL?
Platinum level status is by invitation only.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS FOR REWARDS?
You may redeem Points for eligible Rewards by signing into your account. To redeem Points for a Reward, you must have a valid physical address linked to your account. Rewards may only be redeemed for AQUALISA products available unless expressly authorized by AQUALISA.
You cannot combine Rewards with any other coupon or promotion. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund. Points used to redeem a Reward will be deducted from the total Points available in your Member account; however, you will remain in your current Tier for its entire 365-period even if you use Points in your account. Points may not be used toward purchases of gift certificates, charitable items, promotional value sets, sales tax, or shipping charges. Any tax liability, including disclosure, is the sole responsibility of the Member.
WHEN WILL MY POINTS BE AVAILABLE?
Aquadrop points will be credited to your account within 28 days of a successful claim. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your points total to update on your personal dashboard.
HOW DO I CHECK MY MEMBER ACCOUNT STATUS?
You can check your membership level and account status by logging into your account on www.aqualisa.co.uk and going to the rewards section on your dashboard.
WHAT IF MY POINTS ARE NOT SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT?
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your Member account, you should contact AQUALISA Customer Service by Clicking here and provide your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, the date of the alleged purchase or action, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent within forty-five (45) days after the alleged purchase or action took place. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a Member account.
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP EVER EXPIRE?
Your membership will close after 365 days of consecutive inactivity to include: logging in to your account, logging your points, redeeming points and any other activity that may cause you to interact with your Installer Club account.
CAN MY MEMBERSHIP BE REVOKED?
Your membership may be revoked by AQUALISA, in its sole discretion, at any time. Any abuse of the programme; failure to follow any of these Terms; membership inactivity for more than twelve (12) months; misrepresentation; or conduct that may be detrimental to AQUALISA or our interests may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Programme. If, in AQUALISA’ sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF MY MEMBERSHIP IS REVOKED?
If your membership is revoked, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the programme and its features will automatically terminate, in AQUALISA’ sole discretion.
CAN THE PROGRAMME BE MODIFIED OR TERMINATED?
Yes. AQUALISA may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Programme, the Programme Terms, or any aspect or feature of the Programme, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF THE PROGRAMME IS TERMINATED?
If the Programme is terminated, any points or rewards in your account or available to you prior to such termination will automatically expire, and your access to the Programme and its features will automatically terminate, in AQUALISA’ sole discretion.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Log In page and click on the “Forgot Password” link. You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your AQUALISA.CO.UK account, and a temporary password will be emailed to that email address. Follow the prompts in the email to create a new password.
HOW DO I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY PROGRAMME MEMBERSHIP?
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Programme, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting AQUALISA Customer Service at email@example.com. Your email must specify your name, address, phone number, and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Programme. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to complete.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I TERMINATE / CANCEL MY PROGRAMME MEMBERSHIP?
If you cancel your membership, you forfeit any Points you may have earned and/or any Rewards that might otherwise have been available to you during your continued participation in the Programme. If you wish to return to the Programme after cancelling your membership, you will be required to join the Programme again starting with no Points or available Rewards.
