‘We signed up to the Living Wage Foundation because we believe in giving all our staff the opportunity to secure a decent standard of living. We value each member of staff as they are the foundation of our success,’ says Kathryn Wells, Aqualisa HR Manager.
The Living Wage pays an hourly rate which is independently set and updated annually according to the basic cost of living in the UK. Employers choose to pay the Living Wage on a voluntary basis and it provides a benchmark for responsible employers who choose to pay more than the National Minimum Wage.
