1.  Must show of ‘Proof of purchase’ in the form of a legible copy of the retail receipt or invoice clearly showing the product name AND date of purchase with your order number.

2. Claims are limited to 40% of the total value of a single Rise Digital product.

3. Claims are limited to 40% of the single valve and choice of dial for an Infinia Product.

4. Submitted claim documents will not be returned to the claimant. Aqualisa cannot accept responsibility for incorrect, corrupted, lost, delayed or illegible applications. We will not accept any claims by fax, telephone or email.

5. Successful claimants will be notified within 21 days of receipt of claim.

6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. No cash or other alternatives permitted to the offer as stated.

7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

8. The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
